BAS relief panel by C. Paul Jennewein in the 5th floor Lobby at the Department of Justice. The panel had been water damaged and the original aluminum leaf stained and discolored. We cleaned and stabilized the surface, applied an isolation layer of shellac followed by oil size then application of a new layer of loose aluminum leaf. .
