Washington, DC. – Designed by Harvey Warwick and completed in 1931, this Art Deco masterpiece comprises 5 different buildings, each with distinctive lobbies. Featuring over 5,000 linear feet of decorative plaster moldings the project included plaster repair followed by glazing and highlighting to match the original design. This project won a Preservation Award from the Art Deco Society of Washington.
